Essay

The theoretical analysis and practical solving of the scientific problem of management by organizing and pedagogical activity in NUSSZDM is presented in this dissertation. It is also submitted realization of state social politics, solution of aims in the development of social sphere, organizing of social work, defining of structure, substance and directions of NDO activity and their interaction with different institutions according to modern demands. It is specified the definition "social defense of children and youth", "activity in the sphere of social defense of children and youth", "organizing and pedagogical activity of the private institutions in the sphere of social defense of children and youth". Moreover, the definition "private institution in the sphere of social defense is formulated for the first time. The model of management by organizing and pedagogical activity in NUSSZDM is treated and grounded theoretically. Its structure and substance is also defined. Developed model gave a possibility to decide such solutions: to treat the typical example of Statute in charitable organization; to define general themes of social projects as the necessary substantial part of practical activity of NUSSZDM; to work out methodical recommendations for instilling of the management model by organizing and pedagogical activity in NUSSZDM; to work out promising directions in organizing and improving of NUSSZDM activity. It is cleared up the methodology of the factor and criteria modeling. The given results are analyzed and consequences are formulated.
