Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the research of problem of management motivation of professional activity of pedagogical workers of preschool educational establishments. The essence of the basic approaches to management motivation of professional activity's considered and exposed on the basis of analysis of modern scientific-theoretical researches in the field of management, pedagogy, psychology. It is found out the essence of concepts "management", "motivation", "management of motivation of professional activity", "monitoring of motivation of professional activity". The analysis of the modern state of motivation of professional activity of pedagogical workers of preschool educational establishments is carried out. The model of management motivation of professional activity of pedagogical workers of preschool educational establishments is developed, theoretically grounded and experimentally tested. The increase of level of development of motivation of professional activity of pedagogical workers comes forward the result of introduction of the model of management motivation of professional activity of teachers of preschool educational establishments for the sake of achievement of aims of activity of preschool establishment. The method of leading of forming period is reflected, the stages of experiment, the research results are analyses, methodical recommendations are formulated for the leaders of preschool educational establishments for the introduction of the model of management motivation of professional activity of pedagogical workers, for the leaders of district (city) departments of management of education for the sake of evaluation of level of development of motivation of professional activity of leaders of preschool educational establishments to systematize diagnostic methods for monitoring of process of motivation of professional activity.
