The dissertation research is devoted to the formation healthsaving management competence of primary school teachers at teacher's training colleges. The essence of the concept of healthsaving competence of primary school teachers' defined its content and structure. It was established that healthsaving competence of future primary school teachers is a generalized personal formation based on the integration of knowledge, skills, values and practices that ensure the readiness and ability to healthsaving activities in the educational environment of elementary school. Developed and scientifically grounded management model formation healthsaving competence of primary school teachers at teacher's training colleges. Developed and tested organizational and pedagogical conditions and guidelines for management of forming healthsave competence of primary school teachers at teacher's training colleges.
