Tkachuk V. The organizational and economic mechanism of providing working vocations with staff at industrial enterprises

The thesis is devoted to deepening of theoretical and methodological basics and to development of scientific and practical recommendations, concerning improving of the organizational and economic mechanism of providing working vocations with staff (WVS) at industrial enterprises. The essence of WVS is solved, their role in the formation of human resources of enterprises is defined; effective providing WVS of enterprises in the context of the system of professional qualifications is investigated; the essence and structure of the organizational and economic mechanism of providing working staff at industrial enterprises are defined. The estimation of employment potential of industry and condition of providing staff of enterprises at different economic levels are carried out; economic and statistic research of the organizational and economic mechanism of providing WVS at industrial enterprises of Zhytomyr region is implemented; the condition of training working staff and providing industrial enterprises with them are analyzed. The measures to improve the efficiency of the organizational and economic mechanism of providing staff at enterprises are determined; the mechanism of improving results of enterprise cooperation with the personnel mediation to provide WVS is substantiated; measures for improving professional training of working staff at region enterprises are suggested.
