Analysis has been conducted and theoretical basis of evaluation of the Internet-project effectiveness has been highlighted in the thesis. On the basis of the conducted analytical review the concept of in-depth analysis and evaluation of economic efficiency of Internet-projects has been proposed. The system of models of quality assessment and evaluation of users' activity of the Interne-project has been constructed. The system of support of acceptance of administrative decisions and the method of evaluation of economic efficiency of the Internet-project have been developed.
