Kutsenko M. Value-oriented management of innivative development programs of organizations in the transition to a knowledge economy

The object of the study are knowledge management processes in the organization, creation and migration of knowledge that affect development projects and programs. The aim of the research is development of value-oriented models, methods and the mechanisms of knowledge use that are aimed at increasing the efficiency of project management and software development organizations using Migration and complementary expertise that ensure the creation of added value in a dynamic competitive environment. Main scientific achievements of the thesis lies in the deepening and development of theoretical positions of the nucleus formation and the system of values of the complementary expertise of projects and organizations in development programs through the disclosure, an objective basis, the main rules that maintain value in use of knowledge, methods of assessing organizational competence, as a subbase tools for organizational project and program management platform.
