Corporate culture is represented in the dissertation as a socio-psychological phenomenon, which actually determines the nature of the organization (corporate environment) and, consequently, the content of its activity, creating the appropriate worldview, value-regulatory, as well as behavioral patterns of its functioning. The views of foreign and national scientists concerning the classification of organizational culture typologies are analyzed, the methodology and techniques of its study and correction are formed, the content and technology of conduction of psychological diagnostics of the educational institution corporate culture are revealed. With the usage of well-known organizational and psychological techniques of I. Ladanov, K. Cameron, R. Quinn and personally developed tools the experimental study of the state of the corporate culture functioning at "KROK" University was carried out at micropsychological level, as well as ways and means to improve it as a tool to promote the educational institution activity. As a result of this investigation the averaged psychological model of the educational institution corporate culture was developed, which can be used as a benchmark of its organizational and psychological paradigm. Dissertation contains a number of theoretical conclusions, practical tips and advices on the further development of the corporate culture of educational institution, improvement of the competitiveness of educational process, managerial components of its' activity, personnel policy and other institutions.
