Sergienko A. Formation of Musical and Aesthetic culture of Art Professions Students in Extracurricular Activities.

The thesis is devoted to the issue of forming musical and aesthetic culture of artistic professions students in extracurricular activities. The paper analyzes the philosophical, psychological and pedagogical literature, clears up the state of the problem under research in domestic and foreign psycho-pedagogical science, and clarifies the meaning of "musical and aesthetic culture of students." It defines components, criteria and indicators of development of musical and aesthetic culture of students of art specialties, discloses the educational opportunities of extracurricular activities in forming musical and aesthetic culture of art specialties students. The content, forms, methods, and pedagogical conditions of musical and aesthetic culture formation in artistic professions students in extracurricular activities are substantiated, their effectiveness being experimentally tested.
