Legan I. The competitiveness of the youth in the labor market: ways of support and directions of increase

Object - processes to ensure the competitiveness of the youth people in the labor market . The goal – a scientific substantiation of the theoretical-methodological foundations of ensuring the competitiveness of the youth in the labor market and to develop practical recommendations on ways to improve it. Methods - analysis, synthesis, abstract covering the logic, the logic of historical, monographic, classification, graphics, economics and statistics, cluster analysis, ranking, generalization. Scientific novelty – interpretation of economic essence of concept «competitiveness of the youth in the labor market» is improved; purchased subsequent development scientifically methodical going near systematization factors of influence on the youth competitiveness in the labor market after classification signs; the regional estimation of the youth competitiveness is carried out in the labor market after in number high-quality by a criterion, based on transition from studies to employment; grouping of Ukraine’s regions is conducted on the basis of hierarchical cluster analysis; the methodological going is improved near the construction of socio-economic model of providing of the youth competitiveness in the labor market; grounded priority directions of increase of the youth competitiveness are in the labor market in modern terms. Theoretical and practical results – gone into detail the evolutional going near determination of economic essence of concept "competitiveness of youth in the labor market", systematization factors of influence is carried out after classification signs, directions of adaptation foreign experience of increase competitiveness of youth are analysed in Ukraine, the estimation of the modern state and youth labor market tendencies is carried out, the estimation of youth competitiveness is conducted in the labor market, grounded necessity of improvement of the education as a key trend of increase of youth competitiveness in the labor market, the socio-economic model of providing of youth competitiveness is developed in the labor market, directions of increase of youth competitiveness are certain. Research results are inculcated in economic practice.
