Nazarkevych M. Mechanism to improve living standard of rural population

Object of study: economic relations, in which the process of formation of rural population life level is going and which potentially and actually subjected to regulation. Objective: developing of theoretical, methodological principles and practical recommendations for improving the mechanism for implementing the improvement of rural population life level. Methods: abstract-logic, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, analogy and modeling, abstraction and specification, system analysis, comparison, economic-statistical, economic forecasting based on trend lines. The novelty: for the first time evaluated the degree of interdependence between the growth of money and total income of population, including rural and the increasing temps of production growth of gross domestic product, defined their negative impact under condition of violations in the development of national and regional economy, developed theoretical and applied principles of compliance required ratio between them in the future at national and regional levels as well as at the level of social groups, improved methodical approaches to the analysis of the relationship between indicators of living standards of the rural population and characteristics of rural settlement system, scientific approaches to assessment of the level of differentiation of rural population life level performance depending from money and total income in average per capita, and depending on the spatial distribution of a value assessment of real income, taking into account the consumer price index on a national and regional level and the national currency course against major world currencies. Scope of application: at the elaboration and implementation of measures aimed at improving the implementation mechanism of the improvement of rural population, particularly by the Department of Infrastructure, Traffic Management and Fuel and Energy Complex of Lviv Regional State Administration, and Zhovkva and Pustomyty district state administrations.
