The dissertation deals with the problem of the types of organizational culture and their impact on innovative readiness of personnel of educational establishment. The research contains the theoretical background, methodology and the results of the empirical study of the problem. The author reveals the essence of organizational culture, analyzes definitions of innovations and factors of innovative readiness of personnel of the educational establishment. The features of the organizational culture’s types of educational establishment are identified. The model of innovative readiness of personnel of educational establishment has been provided. The hypothesis of investigation of correlation between organizational culture’s types and innovative readiness of personnel of educational establishment has been proved. The author develops a special training program to increase innovative readiness of personnel of educational establishment on the basis of the formation of innovative values and norms of organizational culture. The testing of the training program showed its efficiency and compliance with tasks.
