The dissertation explores the vital problem of an individual's choice of an organizational culture in the future workplace. The work expounds theoretical and methodological support for and the results of the empirical research on the problem in question. In the work, the notion of "organizational culture", its content and structure have been analyzed. Personality as the subject of the choice of an organizational culture of the future workplace has been examined. On the basis of the empirical research, psychological features of an organizational culture in the future workplace have been determined. The impact of socio-demographic factors on the individual's choice of an organizational culture in the future workplace has been observed. The connections between individual characteristics and indicators of organizational culture have been scrutinized. Psychological features of the individual's choice of the dominant type of organizational culture in the future workplace based on the author's typology have been analyzed. A model of individual psychological consulting of a person as the subject of the choice of an organizational culture in the future workplace has been developed and presented. Certain characteristic features of the process of individual psychological consulting have been demonstrated and its effectiveness has been explored.
