Object - the process of physical training of students at polytechnic colleges; the aim - to find out the influence of theoretically substantiated and experimentally tested pedagogical conditions of moral-will qualities forming in polytechnic college students within the process of physical training on the level of formation of the researched qualities; methods - theoretical, empirical, statistical; novelty - the research is the first to theoretically substantiate and experimentally test the pedagogical conditions of moral-will qualities forming in polytechnic college students within the process of physical training; the definition of moral-will qualities of future junior polytechnic specialist is specified as a complex of relatively stable interconnected and socially-determined personal psychological structures developed in the course of social activity and interaction; the classification of moral-will qualities of polytechnic college students and pedagogical tools providing for implementation of pedagogical conditions of moral-will qualities forming in polytechnic college students within the process of physical training have acquired further study; results - the theoretically substantiated and experimentally tested pedagogical conditions of moral-will qualities forming in polytechnic college students within the process of physical training have been experimentally tested and are recommended for implementation at higher educational establishments of I-II levels of accreditation.
