Biletskyi O. The Formation and Using of Human Capital in the Innovation Economy

The object of the study is the formation and use of human capital in the innovation economy. The aim of the thesis is the development of theoretical and methodological principles of research and human capital development of scientific recommendations for the formation and use of human capital in terms of innovative economy. Methods: dialectical method of scientific knowledge, comprehensive analysis and synthesis, formal and dialectical logic, induction and deduction, comparative economic and statistical analysis, economic and mathematical modeling. The theoretical results, are deepening the theoretical and methodological foundations of the study of human capital and developing scientific recommendations on the formation and use of human capital in terms of activation of innovative economic development. Bottom Line: lies in the fact that the main provisions contained in the thesis, brought to the level of specific recommendations for the effective development and use of human capital in the innovation economy. Scientific novelty: for the first time: conceptual foundations of strategic management of human capital in terms of innovation economy; improved: organizational and economic principles of the use of human capital in terms of innovation economy; scientific and methodological principles of assessing the quality of formation and use of human capital; Quantitative evaluation principles influence factors on the innovative development of Ukraine; received the further development: theoretical and methodological basis of the study of human capital; concepts and categories of the study of human capital. The degree of implementation, the results of research put into practice the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine, the Department of Economic Development, Trade and Industry of Lviv Regional State Administration utility «Finansyst» (Mogyliv-Podilskyi) and in the educational process of the Donetsk National University (Vinnytsia).
