The object of study - the process of structural changes in employment and their regulation by the example of the Carpathian region. The aim - to deepen the theoretical and methodological foundations and development of scientific recommendations for the regulation of structural changes in employment Carpathian region. Research methods. We used methods: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, abstraction and generalization, historical, logical, detail, classification and systematization of Finance and Economics, Economics and Statistics, Economics and Mathematics, graphics, information and logic. Improved: scientific and methodical approach to the analysis and evaluation of current trends of structural changes in employment, the Carpathian region, the conceptual framework for the regulation of structural employment changes, scientific and methodological recommendations for the development of the mechanism of regulation scheme of structural changes in the employment of the Carpathian region and the scientific and methodological position relative influence processes European integration on employment. Were further developed: interpretation of the concepts of "employment structure", "structural changes in employment", scientific and practical approach to a comprehensive assessment of key trends in employment Carpathian region, priority organizational and economic measures to increase employment Carpathian region. The results of the research have found practical application of Ivano-Frankivsk Regional State Administration, Ivano-Frankivsk City Employment Center, the private higher education institution "Galician Academy".
