The dissertation work is the theoretical and experimental study of the problems of development of creative potential of future choreographers in the educational environment of higher educational institutions of culture and arts. On the basis of scientific analysis it was established that in modern social and philosophical, psychological and pedagogical, cultural literature, there are different points of view on the nature of creativity and understanding of its essence. In the most common form of creativity we understand the totality of the creative person of the essential characteristics (creativity, creative direction, creative activity), the establishment of which is provided by means of educational activities. On the basis of the synthesis of scientific heritage in the context of the study it was identified the key definition: "the creative potential of the future choreographer" - is a body knowledge on the subject of creativity, skills, actualized in the new art product and orientation of the person on the creation of this product. Such an understanding of the essence of creativity was the basis for the allocation of its building blocks: the actual capacity, individual mental processes, ability, motivation for creative activities; knowledge, skills; attitudes, modes of action and expression, resulting from training, creative activities and in the process of socialization. The analysis of the educational environment of higher educational institutions of culture and arts revealed its specificity, that is, on the one hand, it conducts training of cultural and leisure sphere, and on the other - professional, capable of both pedagogical and creative activity. Such conditions require consideration of the educational environment of higher educational institutions of culture and art through the prism of the practical connection of creative and professional pedagogical components in the students' training, which will allow to achieve the ultimate educational goal - the development of creative potential of future choreographers. Based on a common approach to the definition of categorical apparatus and measuring the results of scientific research in the field of creative development, the following criteria of development of creative potential of future choreographers have been identified: motivational-value (value attitude to the future professional activity, commitment to continuous mastery of professional knowledge, values, skills of creativity, emotional self-regulation); cognitive (understanding of the essence of the creative potential of the person, the mechanisms of its appearance and its awareness of the need to identify, in professional work of the choreographer); behavior (consciously controlled creative activity, behavior, development of empathy, the capacity for reflection). It was theoretically grounded organizational and pedagogical conditions of development of creative potential of future choreographers in the educational environment of higher educational institutions of culture and arts (software oriented educational environment of higher education institutions on the formation of the valuable relation of students to future careers, develop creativity, activation of the educational potential of the educational environment of higher education institutions culture and Arts on the development of performance, staged and educational experience for future choreographers; development and implementation of interactive forms, methods, aimed at developing the creative potential of future choreographers) The successful implementation of organizational and pedagogical conditions of development of creative potential of future choreographers contributed the technology of the choreography lessons we have developed, which includes four phases, during which the physical, choreography, dance and methodical preparation with a dominant specific training on each of the stages are realized. The developed and implemented organizational and pedagogical conditions of development of creative potential of future choreographers ensured more effective implementation of the educational process, which is confirmed by the analysis and interpretation of the results of the experiment, during which the presence of positive dynamics in the development of creative potential of future choreographers on cognitive, activity and motivational criteria is revealed. The highest results in the course of experimental work has been achieved in the development of creative potential of future choreographers in the field of cognitive and motivational sphere as well as activity(in the evaluating of activity-methodological component). The lowest growth of the rates is observed in the activity-criteria in assessing the activity-executive component. All the above mentioned gives the grounds to assert that the proposed educational technology is an effective and highly efficient. .
