Essay

The dissertation work is the theoretical and experimental study of the problems, which lies in defining, grounding and experimental verification of pedagogical conditions of formation of students' humane relations in educational-and-upbringing environment; developing guidelines as for formation of students' humane relations in educational-and-upbringing environment. Pedagogical conditions of formation of students' humane relations in conditions of educational-and-upbringing environment (taking into account students individual-and-age and gender characteristics; pedagogical communication as a model of humane relations; humanization of educational-and-upbringing environment in higher educational establishments) are theoretically substantiated and experimentally tested. Components (emotional, cognitive, behavioral), criteria (cognitive, emotional-and-value, behavioral and practical) as well as indicators and levels (low, medium, high) of formation of students' humane relations are defined. The essence of a set of concepts is defined: "humanism" (an expression of humanity in all the varied manifestations of human behavior); "humanity" (a personal quality, the content of which is conditioned by following principles of humanism, which is formed on the basis of a person's everyday friendly treatment of environment); "students' humane relations" (a special kind of relations that are formed during training at a higher educational establishment, in the period of formation of conscious, personal life position, the manifestation of social-and-personal interest to others, improving moral-and-value beliefs and principles, which are manifested in behavior (compassion, mutual aid, respect for dignity and freedom of others, etc.)); "educational-and-upbringing environment" (a set of objects and subjects which influence formation of a student's personality, his creativity, professional and personal inclinations, promote the establishment of subject-subject relationship and personality-oriented pedagogical communications, create conditions for a student's comfortable coexistence at a higher educational establishment and beyondit). Formation of students' humane relations is the most successful in terms of educational-and-upbringing environment, which coincides with the sensitive period of development of professional position -with the age of youth.
