Essay

The thesis is dedicated to an increase in an efficacy of treatment of diseases with an oxidative stress as a prevalent attribute. Ademetionin in dichloretan hepatitis normalizes the indicators of prooxidant-antioxidant homeostasis and energy metabolism in the liver, myocardium and brain. ?-3 Polyunsaturated Fatty Acid in dichloroethan hepatitis normalises the indicators of antioxidant systems and markers of oxidative modification of proteins in liver. ?-3 Polyunsaturated Fatty Acid does not influence on the indicators of energy metabolism in the liver. In the myocardium ?-3 Polyunsaturated Fatty Acid restores carboxyphenylhydrazone content and markers of energy metabolism, in particular, the content of adenosine triphosphate, pyruvate, malate. ?-3 Polyunsaturated Fatty Acid reduces the content of lactate in the myocardium. In the pathology selenit sodium restores the indicators of prooxidant-antioxidant homeostasis and energy metabolism in the liver and myocardium of rats. Silimarinum and extractum artichoke have the defense influence on the indicators of prooxidant-antioxidant homeostasis and energy metabolism.
