Dissertation is devoted to the problem of psychological readiness formation of educational organizations staff to innovation activity. The work contains a theoretical basis, methodological basis and the empirical data analysis of experimental research on the issue. In this paper are disclosed the conceptual foundations, general design, strategy, an algorithm and features of the introduction of "Psychological and organizational technologies of formation readiness of educational organizations staff to innovative activity" and a comprehensive system of its scientific and methodological support. The main components are "1. The model of examination and correction of organizational innovative environment of the educational organization (external conditions)" and "2. The model of examination and correction of internal psychological readiness of the educational organizations staff to innovative activity (internal conditions)". It is presented the procedure for creating and definition of "innovativeness" target - an integral index of psychological readiness formation of the educational organizations staff to innovative activity, its diagnostic is carried out vie the author's questionnaire "Express diagnostics of innovativeness". This paper discloses the content, structure and psychological features of the educational programs implementation, special psychological training. The hypothesis was fully confirmed.
