Kashyns'ka O. Training of Professional Education in the hotel industry of the Russian Federation.

Object: theory and practice of training of specialists of hotel industry; purpose: to reveal features of structure, contents and the organization of training of specialists of hotel industry in the Russia and to define recommendations about use of experience of training of specialists of hotel economy in Russia for improvement of domestic education in this area; methods: system analysis, content analysis, comparative and contrastive analysis, theoretical generalization and forecasting; diagnostic, statistics, verification of the obtained information; novelty: similar is established and excellent in training of specialists of hotel industry in the Russian Federation and Ukraine and recommendations about introduction of ideas of the Russian experience in domestic student practice are defined; the main stages of formation and development of system of training of specialists in the sphere of hotel business in the Russian Federation are allocated and characterized; results: justification of recommendations concerning opportunities of use of the Russian experience of training of specialists of hotel industry in domestic system hotel educations; solving of scientific and practical problems of modernization of the national system of the hotel education and her available parts; specialization - the general pedagogics and history of pedagogy.
