Essay

The theoretical analysis of literature witnessed that the problem of self-determination was investigated at interdisciplinary level and related to the study of different types of self-determination. Self-determination is f property of man, that provides conscious determination of the existence, based on the principles of internal freedom, realization of choice; perception of itself as valuable personality able to realize the intentions and capabilities; forming process of the realized aim and sense of life, readiness to the independent vital functions taking into account the concordance of the desires, internals, possibilities and requirements that is pulled out from the surrounding and societies on the whole; subjective activity of person that envisages ability to determine and carry out own vital and professional plans. The special actuality the problem of self-determination acquires for students, that predefined by such their descriptions: instability of personality authentication, increase reactivity in relation to sociocultural situations, non-constructive types of behavior, that conflict with social norms and values, cultural priorities, passive vital position. It is found out, that out-of-curricula work in higher pedagogical educational establishments owns wide resources in relation to the input of educator influence in combination with initiative and independence of students, working off different strategies of behavior and activity, actualization of processes of self-perfection, self-determination, independence and self-realization. Essence of key concepts of research is exposed. A concept "formed of culture of personality self-determination of students in the out-of-curricula work" as integrative formation that embraces the idea of student about itself, the capabilities and possibilities, aims, plans on the future and methods of their achievement, totality of values (freedom, responsibility, activity), norms, rules that predetermine the certain orientation of activity, providing the achievement of desirable aim, that is arrived at by the way of the specially organized and various kinds and form of educational and educator character, that conducted with student out-of-curricula time is certain. Criteria (cognitive, emotionally-valued, regulation and activity) are described, indexes and the levels of formed of culture of personality self-determination (high, middle, subzero) are educed. The pedagogical terms of forming of culture of personality self-determination of students of higher pedagogical educational establishments in out-of-curricula work are certain: optimization of institute of counsels of academic groups in relation to forming the students' culture of personality self-determination; development and introduction of the semantic and organizationally-methodical providing of forming the students' culture of personality self-determination in the process of out-of-curricula work; bringing in students to practical professionally-pedagogical activity for activation the culture of their personality self-determination. Optimization of institute of counsels of academic groups in relation to forming of students' culture of personality self-determination realised by the input the seminar "School of counsel". The second pedagogical condition purchased embodiment in the program of educator hours the "Stages of culture of personality self-determination" and the program of training of personality increase. It is set that the most effective forms and methods of work after the programs appeared those that assisted opening the individual features of students, provided their self-realization, stimulated cognitive activity and independence. The third pedagogical condition was realized within the framework of the additional program of pedagogical practice "Culture of personality self-determination in the context of professionally-pedagogical activity" that aimed on bringing students to the practical working by ways of increase the formed of culture of personality self-determination in the process of professional activity. A large role in preparation to implementation of the program belonged to independent work of students, that envisaged a capture abilities to estimate facts and processes, development of aspiring to the creative search, active capture by theoretical knowledge and transformation of them on persuasion. The analysis of dynamics of forming students' culture of personality self-determination in experimental group showed positive and statistically meaningful changes on all criteria of its formed from the beginning of the forming stage of work to it completion.
