The essence and the structure of the notion "readiness of boarding school adolescent boys to performing the role of family man" are specified. Some peculiarities of formation of readiness of boarding school adolescent boys to performing the role of family man are revealed. Criteria, indices and levels of the readiness of boarding school adolescent boys to performing the role of family man have been developed. Pedagogical conditions of forming the readiness of boarding school adolescent boys to performing the role of family man have been substantiated (methodic training of boarding school educators to formation of readiness of boarding school adolescent boys to performing the role of family man; content and methodic provision of formation of readiness of boarding school adolescent boys to performing the role of family man; taking into account a personality-oriented approach in the formation of readiness of boarding school adolescent boys to performing the role of family man).
