The dissertation is devoted to the study of biochemical features of apoptosis, markers and modulators in tissues of the prostate in patients with prostate cancer for the development of a diagnostic algorithm stage, metastasis of the tumor process. The significant changes in the indices of cell proliferation and apoptosis in patients with prostate cancer selective on the nosology and stage of the cancer process. In tissues of the prostate the process of apoptosis at the initial stages is dominant over cell proliferation, indicating the activation of cell death mechanisms aimed at dealing with malignant cells.
