Object of research: Physiological and biochemical status and calves productivity at fattening under the influence of B vitamins (В1, В2, В5, В6, В10, В12). The purpose of research - to find out physiological and biochemical functioning and productivity of Ukrainian bull black and white dairy cattle at the final stage of fattening balanced by nutrients and mineral substances and fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, complex B vitamins (В1, В2, В5, В6, В10, В12) in appropriate amounts. The methods of research: physiological, biochemical, immunological, clinical and statistics. Scientific novelty: Theoretically grounded and practical expediency correction diet calves at fattening balanced by nutrients and minerals substances and fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, complex B vitamins (В1, В2, В5, В6, В10, В12) in appropriate amounts to sanguification indices, natural resistance, the intensity of protein, carbohydrate and gas energetic exchange and productivity (total and average daily gain, speed and rate of growth), slaughter carcass yield, chemical composition, caloric content and quality of muscle tissue. It was set up dose-dependent effect of the correction of bull fattening on in appropriate quantities for morphological and functional indices of blood, cellular and humoral factors of resistance, metabolism of nutrients, the intensity of gas energetic exchange and also the indices of productivity, slaughter carcass yield, chemical composition, caloric content and quality of muscle tissue. Determining of the optimal dose of the complex water-soluble B vitamins and The economic efficiency correction of calves diet was defined at fattening with complex of B vitamins (В1, В2, В5, В6, В10, В12) on their productivity, slaughter indices and quality of beef and recommendations due to the feasibility of correcting rations of calves at the final stage of fattening balanced by nutrients and mineral substances and fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, complex B vitamins (В1, В2, В5, В6, В10, В12) . Is offered: To improve the morphological characteristics of blood, immune status, intensity of metabolism (metabolism of proteins, carbohydrates, energy) level of performance, slaughter indices and quality of beef and recommended to add to the basic diet of calves for fattening for a balanced and nutritious minerals and fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E to be added to the diet from 12 to 18 months of age complex of B vitamins in the following amounts: B1 - 0,040; B2 - 0,06; B5 - 1,2; B6 - 0,25; B10 - 0,0030 and B12 - 0,0006 mg/kg of body mass.
