Kravchenko T. Adaptive modeling strategy of economic development of the region

Dissertation is devoted to substantiation of theoretical positions and applied problems of adaptive modeling of a strategy of a region economic development. The dissertation includes the conceptual approach to the assessment of the economic development strategy of the region that includes a set of dynamic economic and mathematical models and adaptive modeling tools, especially expert system of model parameters formation developed by the author which is based on neuro-fuzzy model. Expert system makes it possible to carry out the evaluation of generalized dynamic model factors and predict the limits of possible changes in economic indicators. Decision-making technology, when choosing a strategy of economic development of the region through which computational modeling experiments and analysis of alternative scenarios of its development were carried out, is proposed and justified in the dissertation. The recommendations for the practical use of the set of models in making reasonable and effective management decisions are worked out. The study results outline the ways of further improvement of adaptive modeling using dynamic economic and mathematical models for making reasonable management decisions on evaluation issues and selection of strategy of economic development of the region.
