Matter: the process of the professional preparation of a social pedagogue in a higher educational establishment; Aim: to reveal the influence of the developed, theoretically grounded system of forming of the deontological culture of students of socio-educational environment of higher educational establishment on forming of this phenomenon at of future social pedagogues; Methods: analysis, synthesis, comparison and summarization of scientific approaches; theoretical modeling, supervision, talks, interviewing, questionnaire, content-analysis of document, independent expert evaluation, analysis of pedagogical situations, diagnostic methods, pedagogical experiment; establishment of coefficient scale, quantitative and high-quality analysis, with the use of methods of mathematical statistics for the experimental data and analysis of dynamics of the explored phenomena processing; Novelty: developed, in theory grounded and experimentally tested system of forming to the deontological culture of future social pedagogue of socio-educational environment of higher educational establishment; the definition, structure and formation of "deontological culture of future social pedagogue" was determined; potential of socio-educational environment is revealed in the forming of the deontological culture of future social pedagogue; essence of concepts is specified "deontological culture of personality", "deontological culture of specialist", " deontology in social-pedagogical industry"; criteria, indexes and levels of forming deontological culture of future social pedagogue; forms and methods of socio-educational work with students were altered - future social pedagogues on forming of their deontological culture in the conditions of higher educational establishment with the use of potential of socio-educational environment
