Research object is to manage an electromagnetic shock absorber depending on road conditions. The purpose of these studies is to improve the efficiency of the car, smooth gait and vibrational energy recovery through adaptive suspension control, depending on operating conditions. For the first time in constructing a mathematical model of vertical oscillations of the vehicle into account the influence of the phase delay of the rear axle oscillation vidnosnoperednoyi fluctuations center of mass, and the analytical dependence vertical accelerations center of mass of the vehicle from the effects of road surface on the axle. The approach to making decisions regarding management of vehicle suspension based on advanced mathematical models; proven to improve ride and vehicle efficiency by managing adaptive suspension with regenerative capabilities. The mathematical model of oscillations of the center of mass of the car allows you to calculate the dynamic properties of the suspension of the car in the design and production of new vehicles and the development of control systems suspension. The proposed intelligent vehicle suspension control allows you to implement adaptive control algorithms for regulatory ride vehicle and energy efficiency through the recovery of electric energy in an onboard network and fuel economy.
