Essay

In the thesis has been investigated the impact of individual features of immunomodulators amixin, imunofan and polyoxidonium to change immunological resistance of organism with a course of treatment doxorubicin. It has been found that these preparations are adjusted with different efficiency in terms of doxorubicin induced immunosuppression phagocytic and immune secretory activity of peritoneal macrophages, increase the sensitivity of peripheral blood lymphocytes to the modulating effect of IL-1? in blast transformation reaction, enhance the formation of interferon and the reaction NK-cell blood in response to infection with influenza virus A and significantly reduced the lethality of animals from viral infection. It has been shown that the combined use of amixin and polyoxidonium is highly effective prevention of doxorubicin-induced disorders immunological resistance, due to differences in the regulatory mechanisms of the immune effects on target - cells, eliminates the various links in the pathogenesis of these disorders.
