Matsiuk N. Modeling and optimization of commercial activity of wholesale trade enterprises.

The thesis is devoted to the improvement of commercial activity of wholesale trade enterprises. It is proposed an integrated approach to optimizing commercial activity that is built on the simultaneous improvement of supply chain and marketing through using of methods of forecasting sales, product range optimization and optimization of traffic wholesale trade enterprises. It is systematized and generalized features of wholesale trade enterprises compared to the retail and industry enterprises. It is systematized methods of economic-mathematical modeling, which contributes to a reasonable choice of methods to solve practical problems specific modeling of commercial activity of wholesale trade enterprises. Besides it is improved scientific and methodical approach of ABC-XYZ-analysis of the product range of wholesale trade enterprises through a combination of R/S-analysis. That allows to make more reasonable conclusion about expediency of predicting the dynamics of particular product groups. For the first time it is developed a cellular automaton simulation model that reproduces the evolution of the consumer market, describes the dynamics of sales of wholesale trading companies and allows for the forecasting of its commercial activity. Also it is improved scientific and methodical approach to the problem of routing based on ant-cellular-automaton algorithm.
