The dissertation is devoted to the problem of formation of professional ideals of high schoolchildren in the process of technological training. The essence and the structure of the notion "professional ideals of high schoolchildren " are specified. Some peculiarities of formation of professional ideals of high schoolchildren in the process of technological training are revealed.Criteria, indicators and levels of formation of professional ideals of high schoolchildren have been developed.Pedagogical conditions of the formation of professional ideals of high schoolchildren in the process of technological training have been substantiated and their efficiency is experimentally tested.
