The work is dedicated to the development of the drug in capsule form based on the dry extract of hop cones.The complex of theoretical and experimental studies on physico-chemical, pharmaco-technological and pharmacological properties of active pharmaceutical ingredients, the influence of excipients on technological parameters and indicators of the drug quality were conducted. The composition and technology of capsules «Vomicin» were developed. The methods of quality control, projects of QCM and technological requirements for the proposed drug were developed.
