The thesis is devoted to studying of socio-economic processes at the enterprises using multi-agent approach, which is based on consideration of mental characteristics of economic agents during their decision-making. A number of simulation models, including model of initiation and resolving of labor conflicts at the enterprise, a model of redistribution of human resources between the formal and informal sectors of the economy and an agent based version of the business income distribution model is developed.
