The thesis analyzed and summarized the theoretical basis for the developing the population self-organization processes in the socio-economic system of the city, which helped to clarify the concept, to identify key components and features of processes of the territorial community self-organization. On the basis of the conducted analytical review there was proposed a conceptual model of analysis and forecasting the society territorial self-organization processes and their involvement in the of management of the city socio-economic system.
