Essay

This dissertation focuses on the research of cardiotoxic effects, pharmacodynamics features of NSAIDs with different selectivity of cyclooxygenase, under conditions of administration against the background of rheumatoid arthritis. It is determined that Diclofenac and Nimesulide lead to the development of hypertension in conditions of prolonged daily use, and Nimesulide, unlike diclofenac increases the hypertensive effect of complete Freund's adjuvant. Analgesic activity of the combined action of Nimesulide and Amlodipine is substantially higher than the one that is registered under the influence of Diclofenac with Amlodipine. Antiedematous effect is higher upon condition of the concomitant administration of Diclofenac with Amlodipine on the background of experimental rheumatoid arthritis than the combined use of Nimesulide with Amlodipine.
