Popiuk L. Forms and methods of cadre management processes in the local self-government

The objective of research is to determination of the features of cadre management processes in the local self-government, its forms and methods, and the development of scientifically substantiated recommendations to improve legislation in this area on the basis national and international experience. The object of research is the cadre processes in the local self-government. The subject of research is the forms and methods of cadre management processes in the local self-government in Ukraine. In the thesis there are generalized the peculiarities of cadre management processes in the local self-government, its forms and methods, and recommendations to improve legislation in this area, taking into account the social context, socio-cultural peculiarities of national traditions and international experience in the functioning of local self-government were developed. In the thesis the theoretical generalization and new decision of scientific tasks arguments proved that a conscious regulation of recruitment cadre management processes in the local self-government is possible only if there is not only the knowledge officials about the nature, structure, focus, especially cadre processes in in the local self-government, but also an effective and efficient system of mechanisms, technologies and resources to influence this process in Ukraine.
