In the dissertation the theoretical aspects of quality of life, economic factors identified social stratification of society, explored important safety and health in human life. The estimation of the demographic situation in Ukraine as one of the factors of reproduction and population, and the effects of living conditions for the reproduction and development of the population. The detailed analysis of the economic and social consequences of strains in pay and pensions population. The ways of overcoming the differentiation of socio-economic development of Ukraine defined priority areas overcome the problems of education and health to improve the quality of life and provide recommendations to improve the effectiveness of employment and improvement of material incentives work.
