In the dissertation the complex economic and mathematical dynamic models and constructed a composite index of labor stability for evaluating processes of reproduction of labor under uncertainty. Evaluation of stability parameters of the model economically active population made using the sensitivity of the first and second orders. The model of the functioning of the labor market using the mathematical apparatus of differential-difference equations and the method of moment equations. Proposed and put into practice sustainability assessment process reproduction of labor power and predicting the number of employed and unemployed Ukraine. The model of choice of optimal areas of investment in labor. Proved that one of the priorities is investment housing.
