Essay

The Dissertation is devoted to experimental justification of efficient use of the new native preparation HAES-LX-5% as a nephroprotector at early stages of experimental burn disease. It has been established that a 7-day course of infusion of solution HAES-LX-5% given to the rats that suffered from the burn disease improved renal blood supply, helped to increase the volume velocity of renal blood flow and normalized arterial and central venous pressure. The morphological study has shown that the cytoprotective action of the preparation and its ability to restore the structural and functional structure and activate the regenerative and reparative changes in kidneys of rats that suffer from experimental burn disease. The properties of the preparation could be comparable with the reference preparation (lactoprotein and sorbitol).
