Essay

In the thesis it is stated the mechanisms of metabolitotropic compounds derivatives of succinic acid (yakton, mexicor) in cardioprotective action realisation based on the definion of their antioxidant, ergogenic, mitoprotective action in doxorubicine cardiomyopathy and fluorite intoxication by phthoruracylum and natriifluoras. In the condition of doxorubicine cardiomyopathy in the rabbits yakton normalizes the markers of cardio- and systemic hemodynamics connected with contractile myocardial activity. In the fluoride intoxication yakton normalize all data of cardio- and systemic hemodynamics. In doxorubicine rats' cardiomyopathy yakton and mexicor normalize the data of prooxidant-antioxidant homeostasis (SOD, GPR, GR, APhG, KPhG), proteinsyntesis (content of mitochondrial and cytoplasmic protein), energosynthesis (adenyl nuckeotides, the markers of glycolysis, gluconeogenesis, glycogenolysis, activity of cithochrome-C-oxidase, malatdehydrogenase, kreatinphosphokinase), data of synthesis, transport and metabolism of nitrogenium oxide and thiol-disulfide system and have mitoprotective action. On the basis of quantovo-chemical calculatium of yakton molecule it has been stated that succinic acid derivatives have the wide spektor of pharmacologic action and analysis of molecular orbitals situation of yakton and its proton form have detected the possibility of electrodonor and electroacceptorcentres that influence on the character of interaction with bioligands.
