In this paper, theoretical basis of knowledge presentation about assessing, control and correction of enterprise competitiveness have been developed. Building method of an computerized system of AOM EC has been improved and systematized. The conceptual model of AOM EC system has been developed. To organize an adaptive management the cause-and-effect diagrams of factors that determine competitiveness in the market have been developed. The method of situational management in relation to adaptive management of competitiveness has been improved.
