Essay

Formalized evaluation model of choice policy that is based on the level of technological maturity. It is proved that the design-oriented organization plays the role of key competence level of technological maturity displayed of G. Keyzners model that allows to quantify the level of technological maturity based on the methods of information theory. The models and tools are the basis for building a method of forming portfolio of the corporation. The method tested in practice and proved his labor power.
