Noha I. Organizational-economic mechanism of development of the pension system in Ukraine

Object of study: the development of the pension system in Ukraine. Objective: scientific and methodological grounds and providing of new content for concept of balanced social policy in terms of pensions and modernization of the organizational-economic mechanism of development. Methods: dialectical, epistemological and logical, theoretical generalization and comparison, statistical and graphical analysis, econometric methods. Novelty: first proposed scientific and methodical approach to modernizing the organizational and economic mechanism of the pension system in Ukraine by balanced national social policy in terms of pensions, improved concept of reforming the pension system by using of components of balanced social policy, scientific and methodical approach to complex assessment of the sustainability of socio-economic development through the use of expanded list of indicators, scientific approach to the definition of balanced social policy in terms of pensions, mechanism of formation and implementation of social policy taking into account both current and strategic character, social development priorities. Scope of application: in the activities of Department of Social Welfare of Donetsk Regional State Administration introduced practical recommendations on the mechanism of formation and implementation of social policy, in the educational process of the Donetsk State University of Management in Mariupol in teaching of disciplines "Finance", "Financial market", "Market transformation of the regional economy".
