Andronik О. The Formation of the Middle Class in the System of Socio-Economic Development of Ukraine

The object of the study is the formation of the middle class in the system of socio-economic development. The aim of the thesis is to improve the theoretical and methodological foundations of the middle class and the development of scientific recommendations for the development of the middle class as an element of social and economic development. Methods: dialectical method of scientific knowledge, theoretical synthesis, systems analysis, synthesis, statistical and sociological analysis, system approach, multi-objective optimization and system dynamics. The theoretical results, are deepening the theoretical and methodological foundations class research and development of scientific recommendations for the formation and development of the middle class as part of the system of social and economic development. Bottom Line: lies in the fact that the main provisions contained in the thesis, brought to the level of specific recommendations for efficient formation of the middle class as a component of social and economic development. Scientific novelty: for the first time, developed a systematic approach to socio-economic development through the development of the middle class; improved: conceptual bases of the middle class in the social and economic development; organizational and economic principles of a middle class; received further development, organizational and methodological foundations of the middle class; Quantitative assessment of trends principles of the middle class. The degree of implementation, the results of research put into practice the Vinnytsia regional state administration, Vinnytsia regional employment center of Donetsk Chamber of Commerce (m. Mariupol) and in the educational process of the Donetsk National University (Vinnytsia). Application: inter-industry.
