The object of the research is the process of social investment in the system of quality of life. The aim of the thesis is the development of theoretical and methodological foundations of social investment research and developing scientific recommendations for ensuring quality of life using the tools of social investment. Methods: dialectical method of scientific knowledge, systems analysis, sociological research, synthesis, economic and statistical analysis, structural-functional analysis. The theoretical results, are deepening scientific and methodological foundations of the study of processes of social investment and development of scientific recommendations for the development of social investment as a basis for quality of life. Practical results: lies in the fact that they are the scientific basis for determining the direction of social investment as a basis for quality of life. Scientific novelty: for the first time, developed a holistic conceptual support for the process of social investment; improved: providing component-functional regulation of social investment, organizational and economic support of social investment, quantitative principles of evaluation capabilities to ensure quality of life; received further development: the theoretical foundations of social investment, conceptual and categorical apparatus of social investment. The degree of implementation, the results of research put into practice the Zhytomyr regional state administration, Vinnytsia regional employment center, Donetsk Chamber of Commerce (m. Mariupol) and in the educational process of the Institute of training State employment service of Ukraine Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine (Kyiv ), Donetsk national University (Vinnytsia).
