The paper summarizes experience treating 119 patients with suspected abdominal form of cryptorchidism, who were treated at the surgical department of the Zhytomyr Regional Children's Hospital between 2000 and 2015. Тo set the еxtent of testicular conducted by physical modeling its form, which is in the shape of geometrical ellipse cylinder. Definition of hypoplasy (testicular size as the width and the length ), conducted by the method Vasiliev A. et al., 2008. The number of children who underwent surgery for orchipexy-stage methodology was 29 patients (24 %). Children who were operated on by Fowler-Stephens Stage - 43 (36 %). By the method videoassisted orchipexy (diagnostic laparoscopy + inguinal access), it operated 23 (19,5 %) children. Another group of children, whose number was 24 (20,5 %) child in comparative description of methods of surgery was not included, since these surgical interventions or vizualizuvalos testicle in the abdomen, or were found are hypoplasy, aplasy or anorhizm. Comparative characteristics of methods laparoscopic surgery are cryptorchidism in children. During the comparative characteristic of the immediate and long-term effects of treatment for children with abdominal cryptorchidism form since 2000 - 2015. Found that more positive results were a group of children who underwent single-stage orchipexy on its own methodology. Since this group of patients at 12 months after surgery was not found testicular hypoplasy and resistance index, PSS and ЕDS answered norm. However, in all other comparative groups (operations by the method Fowler-Stephens and videoassisted orchipexy), hypoplasy kept on one year after surgery. These methods differ, and these differences are substantial and statistically significant (p <0,05).
