Dymko R. The sanitary-hygienic ground of application of a disinfectant based on organic acids and metal nanoparticles

The thesis is devoted to the development and study of the preparation based on from organic acids and colloidal solutions of silver and copper nano-particles. A recipe of new disinfectant is worked out, investigated its physicochemical properties. Investigated bactericidal, virucidal and fungicidal action of means.The research of the preparation on indicators of acute toxic effect using of laboratory animals and by means of alternative method (Tetrahymena pyriformis infusoria culture) was conducted. Investigated pathomorphological changes of internal organs and tissues of laboratory animals under the influence of means in different concentrations and doses. The developed means according to the research belongs to the fourth class according to the classification of chemicals in the degree of danger. Experimentally proved that "Univayt" effective for disinfection of livestock buildings and safe for animals at concentrations of 0,25-2,0 %.
