Thesis is devoted to the problem of formation of teachers' management culture of technical colleges by means of methodical work. The study specified the characteristics of the concepts: "management", "management culture", "methodological culture". Structural components of the management culture are represented as a complex personal education and structural unit of pedagogical professionalism. It has been developed and introduced into practice the author's course "The management culture and ways of its improvement" and guidelines to help teachers and heads of methodical service.
