Thesis is devoted to experimental confirmation of the creation of new domestic hepatoprotectors based on plant extracts for correction of toxic effects of antibiotic therapy. As a result of screening research on CTC hepatitis model were selected 5 extracts-leaders at a dose of 5 mg/kg. Research of leading-extracts safety using acute toxicity study revealed, that according to conventional toxicological classification of substances at intra-gastric administration to mice and immature rats are belonging to class V of toxicity - to almost harmless substances (LD50>5000 mg/kg). Using the test-system Drosophila melanogaster Meig. In the test of calculation of recessive, sex-linked lethal mutations by the method of Meller-5 was revealed that the extract of Buple?rum aur?um 50%, in the half-lethal dose and products of its metabolism does not induce recessive, sex-linked lethal mutations. It is evidenced, that extracts of Buple?rum aur?um and Salsola Collina L., received as a water and 50% alcohol extracts, at a dose of 5 mg/kg have shown antioxidant, membrane protective, antiinflammatory, bile producing properties and revealed expediency of their further use in combination with antimicrobial drug co-trimoxazole. It was shown that the addition of extracts of Buple?rum aur?um to the co-trimoxazole is the most promising and does not significantly affect its initial antimicrobial properties
