Reviakin V. Mathematical models and methods of determining the duration of construction projects in terms of specified constraints (on the example of housing construction).

The thesis work is dedicated to improvement of methods used in the evaluation and estimating of complete building projects, while varying the time, plans and material resources. The thesis will use models to explain the improved methods of evaluation demonstrating the rational duration of work on the complete building project. The mathematical models for construction of single-divided and multiple-sectioned apartment houses, with different plans of work activity are developed. The simulation methods will demonstrate the impact of varying time, materials and technological sequences, required to complete the construction project. The use of computer-aided engineering for the completion of construction plans and the control of resources, used to improve efficiency in estimating building projects, is also offered and described in this thesis.
