Sinitsyna O. Pharmacological research of the new vaginal medicinal forms for correction hypoestrogen states

The dissertation work is concerned with the experimental justification for the development and application of the new vaginal medicinal forms containing glucosamine hydrochloride, hop extract and ascorbic acid, hop extract and lactic acid in experimental hypoestrogen states. The studied gels had the ability to improve or normalize the functional state of genital tract (restoration of vaginal microbiocenosis and acidity of vaginal secretions), to prevent atrophic changes in vaginal mucosa and uterus in spayed female rats, displays vasomotor reactions such as "hot flashes", restore hormonal balance of animals (the content of estradiol and progesterone), the functional state of the central nervous system have become improved or normalized. The administration of drugs has prevented the development of endothelial dysfunction in coronary vessels and dishormonal cardiopathy. Gel with hop extract and lactic acid was the most effective upon the studied indications, it is characterized by the protective action on the bone tissue. At the same time, it had a favorable safety profile in acute and chronical research.
